What documents do I need to rent a car?

You'll need a valid driver's license, government-issued photo ID (passport for international visitors), and complete personal information including full name, age, marital status, nationality, and current address. International visitors must have a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).

Is there a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age for renting is 18 years old. This is a self-driving service - we do not provide professional drivers.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and rates are subject to change until confirmed.

How much is the security deposit?

A refundable security deposit of PHP 5,000.00 is required for all rentals. This will be returned upon satisfactory vehicle return, minus any damages to radio, tools, tires, rims, mirrors, or accessories.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and cash payments. Payment must be made in full amount upon vehicle pickup.

Are fuel costs included in the rental?

No, fuel is not included in rental rates. Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same fuel level. Refueling charges will apply if returned with less fuel.

What are your minimum rental requirements?

Same day pickup and return counts as 1 day rental. For destinations outside Puerto Princesa City, there's a minimum 3 days rental requirement. Rebooking for shorter terms is non-refundable.

What if I return the car late?

Late returns are charged PHP 300.00 per hour beyond the agreed return time. If a vehicle is not returned without notice, it may be reported as missing to the PNP Anti-Carnapping Group.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

No-shows will be charged the full first day's rental rate. For modifications, contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for changes.

Do you provide insurance coverage?

No, we do not provide vehicle insurance coverage. Renters are responsible for obtaining their own insurance or accepting full financial responsibility for any damages during the rental period.

What happens if the car breaks down?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all rentals. Contact our emergency line immediately in case of breakdown. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs.

Who is responsible for traffic violations?

Renters are fully responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period.

Where can I drive the rental vehicle?

Driving is permitted within Palawan and approved surrounding areas. The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only and driven only by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.

Can I take the car off-road?

Off-road driving or driving on unpaved roads requires prior approval. Racing, testing, or any competitive driving is prohibited.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No, smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in cleaning fees.

What should I do in case of an accident?

Contact local authorities immediately, notify us within 24 hours, complete all required documentation, and do not admit fault or liability.
